I Want To Get Fit But I Don’t Know Where To Start!

So you’ve decided you want to improve your health, fitness, and nutrition, but don’t know where to start. I’m going to do my best to help!

FEELING OVERWHELMED

Looking for a nutrition or fitness plan can feel so incredibly overwhelming. There is just so much out there and you don’t know what works and what doesn’t.

I don’t know about you, but my social media feeds are filled with quick fixes and at-home workout plans, and everyone promoting them has abs! They make it look easy, but it’s HARD. If it wasn’t, everyone would do it!

I don’t just want someone to send me the workouts each month and not hear from them again for a few weeks. I want someone to help motivate me, encourage me, provide me with feedback, and help when I have questions.

I don’t just want someone to send me a nutrition plan or meal plan and say eat this. I want a coach to help hold me accountable and teach me about behavior modification for long term success. I want someone I can talk to when I’m feeling discouraged or having a bad day, and I want someone who I can celebrate with when I’m seeing results and making progress!

I NEED A COACH

At One Life, everyone starts with a 1-on-1 conversation with a coach (we call it our FREE INTRO.) We ask questions and learn about you to make sure we’re a good fit. What are your goals and how can we best help you? What have you tried in the past? What’s worked and what hasn’t? 

There is no one size fits all approach. Everyone’s prescription is different.

Every person who works with us has a coach to help guide them on the right path. There will ALWAYS be a coach to guide you through your workout or nutrition coaching whether it be in person or at home/online. 

Is personal training the best option to give you the highest level of accountability and coaching? A coach will help you decide.

Are group classes the right fit based on your exercise experience and injury history? A coach will help you determine that.

Do you need nutrition coaching to help speed up the results? A coach will help you figure that out too.

It always depends on your goals, but we’ll help map that out for you so you’re not wasting your time and money.

NO MORE GUESSING

Whenever I walk into a big gym or have time to work out but don’t have a plan I feel overwhelmed, frustrated, and unmotivated. 

As a fitness professional with 15+ years of experience, I still need a plan and a coach. I don’t want to decide what the workout is on the spot. My coach will tell me. It makes it much easier and more enjoyable.

I don’t have to or want to do the same thing day after day, it’s constantly varied to keep it fun, so I see continued progress and stay safe.
