Spartan Race & Prep Course

 

The time has come where we will be doing a Spartan Race! Some of you have completed a few races and many of you have been wanting to do one for a while now. Before we ‘jump’ into climbing a mountain, throwing spears, crawling under barbed wire and leaping over fire, we have decided to set up an awesome Prep-Course for all of you. Two sessions will be at the gym and two will be down at Morgans (whether rain or shine because race day may have both). There is a ton of new movements and obstacles we will be reviewing with you in order to prepare you for the race!
Prep Course Details:
Dates: Saturdays at 11am on May 11th, May 18th, June 1st and June 8th.
We need a minimum of six people to join our prep course. Each one of you who signs up will receive a Spartan T-Shirt, Spartan Wristband and a ton of knowledge from me, as I have completed over 25 races. No, I do not know everything but what I do know will help you with tips/tricks in order to keep you safe and have the greatest time possible. Even if you are not planning on racing with us this prep course will he a lot of fun and you will learn a lot, which you may be able to use if there was ever a zombie apocalypse!

Time of Race Heat: 11am
I am so excited about conquering this mountain with all of you, my last race was two years ago and this may very well be my last one before hanging up my shoes. I love you all and if you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.
