I created an 8 week full body strength program you can download now.

Over the last 20+ years of strength training, I’ve had the chance to work with NFL and NBA athletes—two of whom are still starting quarterbacks today. That experience, along with 12 years of running my gym and training clients and athletes of all ages, has led me to create something I’m really excited to share with you.

I’ve put together this FREE Full-Body Strength Program designed specifically for athletes or anyone looking to boost their strength, speed, power, and explosiveness—all while avoiding unnecessary soreness and injury. This program takes the best techniques I’ve learned from top experts and combines them into the safest and most effective training plan for athletes.

  • Controlled tempo: Focus on slower down, faster up for maximum power and control—except for dynamic jumps, of course!
