Breaking: New Bill Requires Americans to Lift Weights and Eat Protein
Yep, buried deep in Section 476B of the latest controversial legislation, you’ll find this line:
“All Americans shall take personal responsibility for their health. Weekly lifting sessions are mandatory. Protein at every meal. Daily walks encouraged. Tax breaks for farmers market receipts.”
Sounds amazing, right?
Well… I made it up!
No bill like this exists. And it probably never will.
But imagine if it did.
Imagine if the government rewarded you for:
- Lifting weights 3x a week
- Eating enough protein to build and preserve muscle
- Getting 7–9 hours of sleep each night
- Walking daily
- Reducing stress and inflammation
- Prioritizing strength and energy over convenience and excuses
There’s no federal law coming to make you healthier.
No IRS refund for drinking water or hitting 10,000 steps.
But there are taxes for ignoring your health.
The Real Cost of Not Taking Care of Yourself
It’s not dollars—it’s what you miss out on:
- The energy to chase your kids or grandkids
- The confidence to say yes to travel, adventures, and fun
- The ability to move without pain
- The freedom to live the life you want, not the one you’re stuck with
Every skipped workout, every day of poor sleep, every meal with no protein—it adds up. Slowly at first. Then suddenly.
Until you realize you’ve been taxed for years by your choices.
No law can make you care about your health.
No mandate can get you moving.
This is your responsibility. But also your opportunity.
You Don’t Need Permission—You Just Need to Start
Take the walk.
Hit the workout.
Eat the protein.
Say no to the things that drain you, and yes to the ones that make you stronger.
You don’t need a bill.
You don’t need a perfect program.
You just need to start.
