Quarter 2 Is Here – What’s Your Plan?
Can you believe the first quarter of the year is already over? Three months have passed, and now we’re heading into Quarter 2. Whether you’re crushing your goals or feel like you haven’t even started, this is a fresh opportunity to refocus and take action.
Think about where you want to be in three months. Do you want to lose weight? Run a 5K? Get to the gym an average of three days per week? Whatever your goal is, now’s the time to set it and create a plan to get there.
Step 1: Audit Your Time
Most people say they don’t have time to work out, but the reality is that we all have the same 24 hours in a day. The difference comes down to how we spend them.
Take an honest look at your schedule. Where is your time actually going? Are there things you can cut back on or eliminate to make room for your health?
This isn’t about adding more to your plate—it’s about making space for what truly matters.
Step 2: Say No So You Can Say Yes
If your schedule is packed, something has to give. Maybe it means saying no to certain commitments or canceling some appointments. That might feel uncomfortable at first, but think about it this way:
Every time you say yes to something that takes time away from your workouts, you’re saying no to your own progress.
Instead, flip it around. Say no to things that aren’t essential so you can say yes to your workouts, your health, and your goals.
Step 3: Find a Way to Make It Happen
Once you’ve made space in your schedule, figure out what’s going to help you stay consistent. Maybe you need:
- A nutrition coach to dial in your food choices for the next three months
- A personal trainer for accountability or to get an extra workout in each week
- A commitment to early morning, late night, or weekend workouts
The key is to remove excuses and create solutions.
