I don’t like running really. In sports or short spurts it’s fine but it’s not a part of my DNA. Plus, if you know me you know i get bored VERY QUICK.

However, running is a life skill. You never know when you’re going to have to run away from or towards someone.

It’s also awesome being able to run after your kids and I want to be able to run around with my grandchildren in 20-30 years too.

So I know I have to do it!

That’s why I made this 0 – 20 min continuous running program. 6 Weeks to get you to be able to do 20 minutes of continuous running 🙂

Starts off nice and manageable and builds up nicely over 6 weeks
