Level method is a system for fitness progression we will be implementing with our group fitness classes and personal training Glen Cove.
It allows us to:
– highlight improvement.
– set goals.
– tell you EXACTLY what the next progression or goal is and should be.
– customize each daily workout to your capabilities across 15 different fitness categories making it safer but also challenging for everyone.
