Here with a simple message today.
Your goals in the next 12 months don’t need to be drastic.
They don’t need to look like:
- make it to the gym 6x every week
- workout twice a day
- lose 50lbs
(although there’s nothing wrong if that’s what you’ve set out to do!)
They can be as small as:
- walk 5000 steps everyday
- drink water before coffee in the morning
- eat some protein at every main meal
(these are also all great steps to set!)
Set yourself a path of just simply trying to be better than you were the last 12 months.
We have a saying at One Life, and it goes like this:
“Better is better.”
If you focus on doing one small thing, everyday — simply focusing on being a little better than the day or year before — you’ll make more progress doing things like in example B, over people who choose example A.

Because “a little better” is a compounding mantra.
Each little, small effort compounds day after day. Even when you skip a day or two in between.
I promise you’ll end up further in December 2024 if you simply focus on that.
