Summer is winding down and kids and teachers are going back to school and work. You’re going to be seeing other folks and your friends at registration day, the drop off and pick up line, and at the inevitable back to school get togethers.
And because you’ve been working so hard and have been so consistent at One Life, you’re going to hear things like…
“You look hot momma (or dada)!”
“Damn, I’ve never seen you this healthy and happy!”
OK OK, maybe not those exact words, but there’s a 100% chance that exercise, nutrition, and “getting back into it” with the school year is going to come up amongst your friends and fellow parents (I call September The Second New Year).
We absolutely love having you at One Life, and we’d love to have your friends, family, and colleagues here with us too. If you think that they would benefit from what we do at One Life, here are a few options on how to get them started with us!
Option 1: Send them to the website – https://onelifestrong.com/ – and tell them to fill out any of the forms for a Free Intro Consultation so we can meet them and chat.
Option 2: Have them text us and we’ll take if from there! (516) 407-7223.
All new members start with a Free Consultation Appointment. This no sweat intro (not a workout) is a face to face meeting so we can get to know them better and figure out what the best option for them moving forward is going to be. We review memberships, pricing, answer any questions they have, and get them signed up if we’re a good fit.
After the No Sweat Intro, new members start with 1-on-1 sessions. We start everyone with 1-on-1’s so we can build a great relationship and comfort level and get some extra coaching in to see better results and stay as safe as possible.
About half of our members do ongoing personal training and the other half join group class. Either way you get to see (and sweat) with your friends day in and day out!
