You’re new to working out and have never followed a structured program before, like at One Life

This isn’t going to be easy. The old cliché if it were easy everyone would do it is true. That’s why it’s a cliché.

You’re going to experience setbacks and a rollercoaster of emotions throughout your health and fitness journey. How you handle the highs and the lows, the good days and the bad days, will be a critical part of your long term success.

Here are 4 tips to help you before you get started.

1) Just get started! Like I said before, it’s going to be hard. Don’t use being out of shape as an excuse to not get started. We’ve all been in your shoes before and we’re all here to help you every step of the way.

2) You’re going to be doing things you’ve never done before and eventually, achieving things you never thought you’d be able or could have imagined! One day at a time our goal is to help you be healthier and happier than yesterday.

3) Consistency is key. JUST. SHOW. UP. Don’t let a day turn into a week or a week turn into a month. Throughout your life, you may experience some back pain or an injury. We can help you work through both. Again, JUST. SHOW. UP.

4) Your time at the gym is going to help you mentally, physically, and emotionally. You’re going to feel amazing, increase confidence, and be able to do all of the things that you want to be able to do.

There is no secret to achieving the body of your dreams or getting what you want. We’ll guide you every step of the way and help you push past the excuses and negative self-talk.
