If you’ve watched any of our videos, read any of our emails, or spent any time on our website, you’ve probably seen us talk about or ask you to book a free intro.
You may have wondered what’s a free intro?
A free intro is a 20 to 30-minute conversation with one of our experts, usually our Owner & Head Coach Tim. You come into our facility, you meet us in person, you see the gym, and then we talk. It’s a consultation to allow us both to be more comfortable and where we find out how we can best help you.
There are three main goals of a free intro:
Goal #1 – Get To Know You
We want to learn all about you! Are you married with kids? Do you work 12 hour days? What type of exercise are you currently doing? What types of exercise have you enjoyed, and what have you not enjoyed? We make working out fun!
We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach and we make recommendations that allow you to achieve the outcome that you desire. Every plan is individualized to your needs, your preferences, and your goals. We have to get to know you before we can determine what’s best for you.
Goal #2 – Learn About Your Goals
We want to know what you are trying to achieve. Do you want to build lean muscle? Lose weight? Gain confidence? Get out of pain to play with your kids?
If you start driving without knowing where you’re going, you probably won’t get to your destination. Likewise, you can’t reach a goal without setting it. We have to know what your goals are before we can help you figure out how to reach them.
Goal #3 – Create A Plan For Success
The last step of a free intro is for us to recommend your personalized health and fitness prescription and tell you exactly what you need to do. We take the guesswork out of the equation.
This is all completely dependent on your unique goals and what you hope to achieve. It may include any combination of the following:
- Personal Training
- Group Classes
- Nutrition Coaching
- Individual Program Design
